I am in the process of installing one (My first Hackintosh, a Lenovo U350 won by my mom), here am I so far (the notes gonna evolve according to my successes/failures):

Preparation

- get iPortable Snow x86

- take out the internal HD from the Lenovo and install a new and empty one

(not mandatory, but easyer for me, remove 4 screws on the back of the Lenovo, use a spare SATA 2.5 disk)

- Copy iPortable Snow x86 on a USB stick according to the tutorial

- add the boot file that is with the installer iPortable on the USB stick

Installation

- plug the stick, start the Lenovo, hold F12 and choose the USB stick

- the startup can take quite a long time, once it's done, clone the USB on the HD

- restart after removing the USB stick, your U350 should startup faster, from the HD

- Bluetooth is natively recognised, 2 modem (?) ports are added, but no Ethernet, no WiFi

- install VoodooHDA.kext (found in iPortable) with Kext Helper 0.7, repair permissions, restart -> sound OK

I am fumbling around with kexts to get Ethernet & WiFi working, no success so far :-((
