I got resolution 1280x1024 working by editing com.apple.boot.plist and changing resolution to 1920x1080x32. I can't get native resolution (1920x1080) and/or QE/CI. pkmvancouver Posted March 3, 2010 Share Posted March 3, 2010 ah the new iSeries graphic chipset 5. The 4500's that are mostly discussed here currently are the Mobile 4 chips. You could try this hack http://deviato.wordpress.com/2010/02/24/ch...-gma-version-2/ to see if you can get native resolution. But I'm afraid QE is along ways off or not possible. Many people are wanting QE with 4500's and chipset 5 is so new I doubt we will see QE for either. I tried all workarouds regarding Chameleon RC4 and <key>Graphics Mode</key>, but nothing works, it just stays at 1280x1024. I will definintely be looking forward to that release, and some people more knowledgeable than me trying on this new graphic cards.
