I bought my first mac not too long ago and i'm very happy with it in every aspect. What i didn't know is that not only is it a great computer but, if you attach the magsafe and put a frying pan on it, it is fully capable of cooking me a few eggs.

God almighty does mine get hot. After seeing this, i know i wont be leaving this plugged in when i'm not home. You're lucky that nothing else happened. It could have been a lot worse and caused a lot more dammage. If anyone knows if they're shipping new, more reliable magsafes, keep us posted. Thanks

I was kind of dissapointed in the support for apple although I they are overnighting me a new one I asked the support specialist if they are working on fixing this issue or have fixed this issue so this will not happen again and I never got a real answer :( So I have sent another email to apple saying I will not accept this and will do what ever it takes to get an answer. Im just angry that I have to use windows at work monday because my macbook pro was my main work machine ;)
