Hello. There is a problem on the Mac installed on VMware. The keyboard randomly continues typing what I typed once. Like when I type a, aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa... will continue to be typed. These happens only at random times. Any idea why?

Can also anyone help me in finding a driver for AD1986A for VMware? AzaliaAudio worked when I dual-booted Mac natively on my laptop but it doesn't work anymore on the Vmware. Help!

Read this thread http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=172474.

1. Will fix repeating keys and links to many other itmes of use in VMware

2. VMware does not have AzaliaAudio is emulates Ensoniq see this thread http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=176854

I've read the thread but can't seem to find the fix for the keyboard repeats. Reading manual.pdf doesn't work. If I enable the USB keyboard and mouse thingy, the OS graphics gets screwed up. And can anyone tell me the default password for root in Mac OS X 10.5.8. I've installed iPC 10.5.6 (not live DVD) and then upgraded through Software Update.

Sorry can't help out as you are using some hacked together distro with goodness knows what extensions loaded. It is likely to be some KEXT causing the problem. Following the vanilla approach is so much easier in the long term.

i am having the exact same issue as the OP. used your vanilla method but still getting the error so what i did is to change keyboard.vusb.enable = "FALSE"

mouse.vusb.enable = "FALSE"

those 2 to false in the vmx config and i lost the command+Q functionality so basically leaving with that since cant stand the issue.
