phototalk123
By accident I got the built-in audio card working on my Dell D600. All I did was uncheck the "Sigmatel9220 Audio Support" from JaS OS X 10.4.6 DVD(under custom installation), and I heard the audio during the welcome screen. Thats where I lost my audio. :censored2: Yes, it works every time, and even the output jacks (headphone and mic) work correctly. I already installed w/10.4.6, I believe it's the Jas DVD; no sound. Do you have the sigmatel 9200 audio, the same as the e1505/1405/1705 notebooks? Do you have the sigmatel 9200 audio, the same as the e1505/1405/1705 notebooks? I don't think so, the D600 I got is like 3 years old now. From the BIOS it shows my audio controller is Sigmatel 9750. I use the exact same method and get my Analog Device's sound card working on my Toshisa A45-S171.
