dublove
Seems I found an graphical bug with quartz 2d extreme enabled. System asus p5ld2-vm intel gma950. jas 10.4.6 with intel sec update 003 and qt 7.1 update. If you have 2d extreme is enabled load up toast 7.02, microsoft msn 5.1 or dropstuff 10 (build 235) I get strange pink tints on parts of the gui for these apps. Could some one check and see if i'm alone on this then i'll know something is up with my install. The thing that is common about these three apps is they are all ppc native code. The other thing is that 2d extreme is beta still if I remember correctly? Tush
I also got that pink tint, but only with ppc apps. Its very annoying for me, quartz 2d extreme speeded up the UI, but I cannot use it because I dont like the tint. P:S You can turn on quartz 2d extreme with quartz debugger. Ritchie
There is quartz simple also, modded quartz debug by someone here in this forum... My toast turns into a wonderfull purple-pink... the difference is that 2D handles the 2D applications it's something that apple is develop about and it's not enable yet in OSX maybe on leopard... Quartz extreme handles the 3D enviroment... DJSpike
Hello, I have the same pink tint under rosetta, and i also have QE2D enabled with my Gigabyte Radeon X1600. I don't really care, as i don't really use rosetta, but if someone solved it, i'm interested to know how !
