Pu7o Posted April 29, 2006 Share Posted April 29, 2006 Well, here's a port of aMSN to intel-based Macs. It works, and it runs natively. (and by works I mean that I can connect to the MSN network and chat with my friends) I don't know if webcam works, but it should. Anything Mac-specific won't work, because I couldn't find the source to most of the .dylibs packed. Webcam should work, but I didn't test it, and TLS is working (so you don't need to disable SSL to connect). The icon I used was the Mac MSN3 icon because frankly, the aMSN Icon is ugly as hell. dasepsilon Posted May 1, 2006 Share Posted May 1, 2006 thanks a lot of the build! unluckily my webcam (somewhat it works, but looks like rosetta..) cannot be shared through my router.. i get: "Type IP-Restrict-NAT Listening false You are firewalled or behind a router Webcamsn extension is not loaded. You have to compile it Capte extension -QuickTimeTcl- is loaded" can you insert that module? otherwise a fine build thanks a lot!
