Any photo publishing software except iPhoto?

I want to publish my photos onto the web, but iPhoto just supports .Mac, are there other choices?

If you use Flickr, you can try http://connectedflow.com/flickrexport/ to export from iPhoto... there are probably other ways to use iPhoto too.

I like Flickr, but I want to share photos to friends/families who don't speak English, Flickr doens't suit for my need.

btw, I have web space with ftp access, so all I want is simply an easy to use photo exportion software (better with cool transition effects)

You could just use photoshop, automate --> batch --> web photo gallery.

 

quick and dirty, but it makes a nice looking gallery without much drama. CS2 added flash options and fancier looking galleries.

Do you have your own webspace or do you need a solution like flikr or .Mac?

 

If you own your own webspace, give jAlbum a try. It's one of the most used Apps for creating picture galleries around, has tons of styles and is - of course customizable. And its free.

 

If you need a temporary solution, try .Mac. You'll get a 60 day freetrial. I've done it, because I needet to share some File between my Mactel and Work and iDisk is fine ;-)

yes, I know jAlbum and have used it once.

OK I have chosen JetPhoto, it's great.
