iPC boot problem (ACPI_SMC_PLATFORM timed out)

I use iPC Universal FINAL 10.5.6. My configuration is in the signature.

I install Voodoo 9.5.0 kernel, NVInject 256MB, AppleNForceATA nForce Drivers, AC97, Forcedeth NF4 LAN driver, PS2 keyboard and remove AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement. On boot I get message: "ACPI_SMC_PLATFORM PLUGIN::START - WaitForService (resource Matching(AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement) timed out"

What seems to me interesting about that is I got that same error if I installed "remove AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement" and also if I did not. What is this error caused by? Is here anyone who has an experience with a similar configuration?

Thx.

Up. I installed it maybe 10 times by now. And it's still absolutely the same error. I don't understand it. I even downloaded xXx version of Mac OS X... Am I really the only one getting this error?? What can I do?

Yes, i just try that after reading your post, dindt work either...

i only can boot now with the DVD into drive

typing rd=disk0s3 mach_kernel -v -f

if i try to boot normal...

i hangs on some normal text boot

no kernel panic or anything that i can use to solve the problem...
