You can't use the new AppleIntelIntegratedFramebuffer.kext. When you do, your screen goes crazy on reboot. So that may be the problem. If you have the old one still, copy it back over and it should fix the prob.

Thanks for the info... I'll give it a try.

Edit: Just noticed QuickSilver does not search anymore since the update and driver screw up. The program seems to work fine, it just won't search when I enter a shortcut... I don't think it's the drivers that should affect it. it seems that It lost some of it's hooks into the system.

I want to say that I am now using the 950GMA new drivers with Myzar 10.4.6 V2. I deleted all the old AppleIntel*.kext and moved all the 950GMS drivers from the Disabled kext folder under /System/Library. I did that in the safe mode using -s at the boot. Every thing works perfect now. I had some discoloring issues with the 915 drivers. All this is gone and I can tell that the new 950GMA drivers solved all the problems.

PS: My Mobo is D945GNT from Intel

The new drivers seem to be perfect. The system is more responsive now but Xbench did not realize it but I can confirm that my system is better than before.

Excellent job Apple

I am waiting for the commercial version of OS X for PC. I will buy it As soon as it comes to the market. I hope they will do!

This HPET error is normal, it refers to a Yonah ("Core Duo/Solo") only feature.

As far as I've been able to find out, the HPET are advanced timers that are part of the chipset, not the processor. Some Intel boards have them, but it seems like the HPET driver always fails to load.
