Metrogirl Posted April 4, 2006 Share Posted April 4, 2006 In my quest for up-to-date information on US law with regard to the DMCA, I found this new article by chance: Sue your boss for £1 million because your chair makes a farting noise when you sit on it It's a sad state of affairs when US courts will award damages to burglars, people bitten by dogs while shooting them, the sperm donor who was sued for paternity by his {censored} friends, idiots who fall over their own children. At least they didn't pay out to the guy who couldn't pee when there was a woman in the next cubicle! I guess they thought that if you need to pee badly enough, you ultimately won't care if someone can hear you. Good God. Whiplash claim from getting struck in the face by a stripper's breasts?
