AndrewRenn
Hey, I just downloaded / put iDeneb on a disk. I went to boot it up, it booted up I still have one question; How do I make the disk utility use my actual hard drive? I went to the Disk Utility and it wouldn't let me turn my disk into a mac journal or whatever it was.. Need help asap! - waiting to install still hehe Thanks Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/138407-just-downloaded-ideneb-1055/ Share on other sites
xx66stangxx
Does your hard drive not show up in Disk Utility? If not then if it is a Sata hdd; go to BIOS and use Sata as AHCI mode. Schmacintosh
In the BIOS there will be a section called SATA Mode. It will be set to either IDE or AHCI. That's all there is. It's probably under a section like Integrated Peripherals Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/138407-just-downloaded-ideneb-1055/#findComment-979729 Share on other sites
