adamworthy
I'm going to install Windows on VMWare on my Macbook, and was wondering if the iSight camera would work as a webcam in msn etc?

SpeedfreaK
with bootcamp drivers it should work
syrian_gamer
It works 100% under bootcamp with msn messenger. If you are booting using VMware then its just an issue of getting vmware to recognize it. give it a shot and see if it works

Stylez
you have to choose virtual machine in vm menu bar - usb - apple isight after installing boot camp drivers (vmware tools should be also installed) then it will connect within windows and will be usable
andsteele
Yes it will work =) While running VMware Fusion, click the 'Virtual Machine' tab and under USB devices, the Apple iSight camera should be listed. To get Windows to reconise it, you will have to install the drivers located on the OS X installation disks.
