I want install OSX86 in this 3 PC's 1.- AMD 3000+ 64bits 1Gb RAM ATI RADEON X700 PCI EXPRESS HDD 200GB 2.- AMD ATHLON 1.5GHZ 512 MB RAM SiS 700 video card sharing 40GB HDD 3.- Pentium 4 3.0Ghz HT 1Gb RAM Intel Graphics 915GL 250GB HDD Please help me! Yes it should be possible to install OSX86 on a partition without delete the content of the other. If it's your first OSX86 installation make better a backup of your data to be safe. greyhathacker45 Posted March 26, 2006 Share Posted March 26, 2006 A word on backup... If thats going to be a dedicated system, then I would use 2 HDD's, one being a fresh, registered install. Take the other and partition it into two chunks, one for documents and one for the base install. Then you can blow out the base partition with CCC if need be and you'll be back to normal in about 45 minutes. And the drivers for MAC is the same Drivers for OSX86?? Your Athlon64 should also work, maybe the chipset is not fully supported (LAN, audio ...) Your Athlon 1.5GHz will never work (no SSE2) Your P4 with i915 chipset and intel VGA is the best choice for OSX86. PPC drivers are not the same as x86 drivers.
