helob
My mouse cursor ( Logitech Mx300 optical ) disappeared after a slideshow of photos in iPhoto 6. Can't make it appear again no matter what keyboard button I press. Only way is to reboot the system. Using OSX 10.4.5. Anyway of getting the mouse curson back without a reboot? Thanks for your help. declan
What video card do you have, i think there is a problem with ati fullscreen opengl and disappearing cursor. Possibly the animation in the slideshow is opengl. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/13015-missing-mouse-cursor/#findComment-82647 Share on other sites

tokra128
Well, bad news - Iphoto slideshow is using opengl - and with the full screen opengl apps is the problem with mouse being broken - the only way to be fixed this is to wait for omni to release some drivers .... some framebuffer drivers for ati. Until the ... sory, but no go for this ! Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/13015-missing-mouse-cursor/#findComment-89231 Share on other sites

quixos
rather than rebooting, changing refresh rate to something different and then back might help. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/13015-missing-mouse-cursor/#findComment-131000 Share on other sites
