Gujal
You need to tell us about your motherboard make and model to be able to help you. all other info such as memory and Windows!!! is irrelevant. Of the 40GB drive, what is the partition size for OSX?

Gujal
You can use the whole harddisk for the install. The main thing is the motherboard chipset compatibility

You need to post the information on your Celeron M CPU obtained from using CPU-Z in Windows......OS X needs at least SSE2 to run.......and ideally be 64 bit capable....check HCL 10.5.2 Wiki.....also what is your MOBO model name and MOBO chipset, audio codec etc.....GFX card RAM......
