ninetto
Just a quick query: is the retail install using the new 10.5.4 apple DVD as successful as the "old" 10.5.1 ??? I read somewhere that some people were having problems with the newest 10.5.4 retail... maybe Apple has thrown in some tricky business in this new disk? Please, any reports of success/failure with this methos and 10.5.4? regards, ninetto Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/122401-boot-132-with-new-1054-retail/ Share on other sites
irontony
Hi My system only works with GRUB Boot-132 boot cd and I was unsuccessful to get my retail 10.5.4 to work. My original 10.5.0 worked perfectly. I cant comment on the other Boot-132 types out there tho. I did install from the 10.5.4 retail DVD but by installing it via the terminal from another leopard partition. overflow1972
Good morning, I have the full 10.5.4 Retail DVD and it does not boot with my boot-132 CD (that works perfectly with the 10.5.0 DVD). @irontony: where can I find GRUB 132 ?
