Please enter the full path or simply press return if the default path is correct for your system! [/system/Library/Extensions/IO80211Family.kext/Contents/PlugIns/AppleAirPortBrcm4311.kext] Invalid path, try it again!" I dont have the "IO80211Family.kext" folder... No one will post it in the InsanelyMac fora as doing so violates the DMCA.....you could most likely find it somewhere in Internet space.......read all posts here too...... chummdoggin Posted December 17, 2013 Share Posted December 17, 2013 I have been using the broadcomfamily43xxxrev2 kext in mavericks works I get the wifi recognized but I have a hunch that its the reason I can no longer create a network or have internet sharing. Is there a newer version of this or is this even a correct hunch?
