jagger27
I find it strange that there isn't a place where I can just post a simple discussion on OS X 86. It's either installation or post installation... I would post in the installation but so many topics come pouring in there every day it's kind of hard to get a topic going. :/ jagger27 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/118877-forum-for-general-discussion-on-os-x-on-the-pc/ Share on other sites
A Nonny Moose
Well, you just got to take your chances and post something in there. If you think it will get buried, ask for a PM response rather than a forum response. Mebster
Well if you haven't got OSx86 installed and have a question, chances are it's an installation question. But if you've got OSx86 installed and have a question, chances are it's a post-installation question Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/118877-forum-for-general-discussion-on-os-x-on-the-pc/#findComment-841867 Share on other sites
Running With Scissors
I think it would be a good idea if it is not installation based. You could have discussions on things such as the different clones(psystar), where you think osx86 is heading, ideas, legal and moral arguments, how you use your hack and many other things that are neither pre or post installation. Just my 1.0130 pence. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/118877-forum-for-general-discussion-on-os-x-on-the-pc/#findComment-842401 Share on other sites

Just my 0.10130 pence. Agree with this. There should be a forum for OS X PC discussions where we could exchange our ideas regarding the direction of OS X in the future; whether any chance exists of it to be released for PCs too, Mac Clones, Apple vs Psystar case and its most probable outcome, what would happen if Apple changes from intel architecture and whether osx86 could survive that and many many other things. 00diabolic
I completely agree with this. There are SOOOOO freaking many posts in the install section and so many get overlooked because people have more broad questions. Stuff that would better fit in a forum about more general questions about the procedure of installing and stuff like that. There should be a link in both the post install and install section for this new section.
