jbjonas
Sigh, the debugger message comes up whenever there is any error, as it tries to call a debugger and doesn't find one... You need to look above that for the real error and tell us what it is. The best thing would be a picture of the -v results showing the whole screen of errors. rohde
This is a very general error and can be the result of numerous things. We need more information. What are you technical setup? By looking at the pictures it may be something with you mouse/keyboard setup. Do you have a USB/PS2 mixed setup. OS X don't like that. Put all in PS2 or all in USB Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/11808-ok-what-am-i-doing-wrong/#findComment-74090 Share on other sites

rohde
OK so you have an AMD setup. The DVD you use must be AMD enabled then. What is the name of the DVD image you have access to? rohde
Well, I don't have AMD myself, so I have no experience on installing on an Athlon system. But I do know you need an AMD enabler. Try searching the forums for AMD enabler, if needed you can easily patch the ISOs yourself so they support AMD. (after i burn it) Well read the instructions on Maxxuss' site. I really don't know how it works as I have a Pentium system. But maybe some AMD owner can enlighten us. Yo!!! Any AMD peeps out there? blazingarf
do u think part of the problem is that theres nothing in the harddrive? no windows xp or nothing, its fresh out the box Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/11808-ok-what-am-i-doing-wrong/#findComment-74202 Share on other sites
rohde
No, the drive doesn't need to be formatted. You need to find out if the images you have downloaded is patched with the AMD enabler. If they are not you need to patch them using the AMD enabler files you have downloaded. You can search the forum for answers on how to do that, or I think there's instructions on Maxxuss' site. jdxxx
blazingarf -- This is a complex project. It requires lots of reading and some basic computer knowledge. I do not think you should pursue this any further. Go immediately to your nearest Apple computer store.
