riotshield Posted July 25, 2008 Share Posted July 25, 2008 I installed Kalyway 10.5.2 leo on pc after some tweaking. Everything seems to be working ok, I have nice resolution, audio, usb mouse and all hardware is recognized but Leopard is acting kind of slow in general and on top of that when I play videos on youtube, the video is stopping for a bit every now and then, audio is cut, generally it looks like it cant handle the video. (The video is fully loaded, its not matter of bandwidth) I put MacOSX on a 40Gb hard disk, is this relevant to my problems? Does it need bigger HD in order to run smoothly? Do you have any advice please? what could be wrong? EDIT: OOPS, that must have gone to post-installation, can someone move it? The toolbar is also transparent if that tells something. how do i check if indeed they are working? I will have to try and check if DVDs and other types of vid are playing tho. tomazzzi Posted July 25, 2008 Share Posted July 25, 2008 I had the same youtube problem you have yesterday ...also with Kaliway 10.5.2 I did reinstall my system with Leo retail disc so i ll check tonight if it solved the pb.. I use nearly the same video card you have ....mine if a 7600GS by MSI What about yours ? I also tried reinstalling kalyway but this did not solve it. There is a problem with dual booting but I will put that in other thread.
