Just bought a new System with the following Components. - Intel® Atom™ Prozessor 230 (1.6 GHz) - 1024MB DDR2 Speicher 800MHz (PC6400) - 80GB HDD SATA - 16x SATA DVD-ROM Laufwerk - 128MB Intel® GMA 945 Grafik - ASUS® PXLP-LV Mainboard i insert the kalyway 10.5.2 dvd to install it, but then on booting from dvd it tells me AppleIntelPIIXPATA: Primary PCI IDE channel is disabled AppleIntelPIIXPATA: Secondary PCI IDE channel is disabled And nothing goes on, i hope someone of you can help me i really like to use mac os... :censored2: thx in advance Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Antisound Posted February 10, 2009 Author Share Posted February 10, 2009 hi, i'm back, trying it once again. same system, same error, i already tried to boot with -v and with -x, so it hangs at the same place whole last 5 row's: its like - Waiting for boot volume with UUID 804603D3-83E9-AB8E-11501D1805D6 Waiting on <dict ID="0")<key>IOProviderClass</key><string ID="1">IORecources</sting><key>IOResourceMatch</key><string ID="2">boot-uuid-media</string></dict> AppleIntelPIIXPATA: Primary PCI IDE channel disabled AppleIntelPIIXPATA: Seconder PCI IDE channel disabled. i can't set ACHI in the bios anywhere. and it's already set to ide mode. so whats the last possibility to get mac os run? thx antisound Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
