CPT_MAC Posted July 20, 2008 Share Posted July 20, 2008 Hello folks, I am using an AMD 64 x2 5000+ CPU, motherboard GA-MA69GM-E2H, ATI 2600XP with LEO for all. Easy install, strait foreward, only audio need to be patched. But now the Toast 9.0 does not work. No crash, program just don't start. I used the same install disk with Intel CPU without any problem. One other thing, a crack for adobe also don't start, but here I get the message: This program is not for this architecture..... Has anyone encountered same problems with AMD CPU? Peter R. Posted July 22, 2008 Share Posted July 22, 2008 With my limited knowledge : Toast 9 : I use an intel setup and the symptoms are the same as with yours. However, for Photoshop and the likes you need the Amazing Netkas' Modded SMBios with the coded serial. Maybe we'll be lucky and it fixes Toast as well. I just found out about the AppleSMBios issue today, I'm a complete n00b. I''ll try it out tonight. Peter R.
