Hey,

 

I'm 14 years old to start off with. Just to say for my self this makes me think.. Alot. Well Cn i get like an immage or somthing. I have osx 10.5.2 on a disk. i got from apple. my dad would like me to put it on his windows vista computer. also were all mac people. can i have some help. Im a super noob. I know nothing about this. can some one help me thanks. also the guids make no sence to me

Too start with you cant use the apple installation dvd. You will need to make a patched disc or download a pre patched iso such as kalyway and burn the iso to a dvd.

 

 

Actually, provided the hardware is intel core2 based and generally compatible, you can download a boot-cd with boot-132 that will allow you to boot a *retail* (not restore) DVD and install from that.

 

Times are a-changing fast.. if you're starting out now, you may as well start with the current state of the art. Everything you would need is here on the forum.. read, search, learn, experiment.
