vaboro Posted December 1, 2015 Share Posted December 1, 2015 @PippoX0 Your addition of _DSM method into NGFX device also worked on my VGN-FZ180E. I took EDID with NVIDIA Server on Ubuntu. I used your NVCAP, which is also what I got on my machine with IOJones with vanilla DSDT. The one that I got with vanilla DSTD and NVCAP Maker didn't work. I just would like to add that in order for _DSM to work correctly one also needs global DTGP method. Have you managed to make display backlight to work correctly?
