bigboss Posted April 10, 2006 Share Posted April 10, 2006 word of advice.. check the HCL before posting.. this is a useless topic.. or if you used the search feature, youd see that the x1300 and 1400 series cards do not work properly, they give a kernel panic. Maybe that is the difference. Davinchy Posted April 17, 2006 Share Posted April 17, 2006 I'm not sure. I bought a 7900gt so I can't really check. I have gotten more familiar with what it means to "work" in the last couple of days though and I think you where wanting more than just what I was calling working. My control panel wasn't allowing more than one setting for my display with the 1300 so I think that the drivers where not working. Sorry for the false hope.
