thrunner Posted March 2, 2006 Share Posted March 2, 2006 sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but I just broke the power button on my computer,is there any way I can make a home made one>Unless you got spare PC parts available, your best bet is go to an electronics store such as Radio Shack and buy a momentary normal open (NO) switch. You should then crimp or solder that to the lead going to the old switch. Are you sure you broke the switch? it could be something else. Try resetting and unplugging the PC.
