Use Pacifist to see what it replaces and back those folders up. You might want to fulfill it's requirements also. domino
It also works with Bluetooth HID devices, some mobile phones like mine could control FrontRow. Ok, I'm a bit confused . You don't need an application bridge like Romeo or Salling Clicker to control frontRow? If true, what phone doyou have? Edit: OMG! I posted a grave mistake and I apologize. Let me clear things up. I can not use my mouse to control FR. I use either my PDA Phone, SE T610, or my USB keyboard. Trully Sorry... cyclonefr
it can be run without a usb mouse? but a phone via bt? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/10669-apple-front-row-121/#findComment-68036 Share on other sites
bsod
i think he means, that you need a USB mouse or keyboard and if you also have a BT enabled phone (pda etc) you can use salling clicker to control it (basically the front row script on salling clicker just emulates keyboard keys and can activate front row) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/10669-apple-front-row-121/#findComment-68088 Share on other sites
domino
I ccorrected my earlier posts. For this version and Kyrie1965's kext mod, you can only control it using a usb kb or phone via bt with either Romeo or Salling Clicker installed. autoy
I have already front row installed fine, I was asking about updating to 1.2.1. Does it break anything? domino
I upgraded from the previouse version using Pacifist just fine. You'll have to consider my OS version (see sig) and what you have. autoy
Im fine with 10.4.5 then mmm... no, pacifist says there are no files to install or extract... weird. The size of the package is fine. EDIT: Nevermind, I followed the instructions on the genius bar for 1.2.1 update and it all went fine Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/10669-apple-front-row-121/#findComment-68208 Share on other sites
