Hello

I have a HP Compaq Presario V3018TU notebook PC. Its configuration is as follows-

Mobile Intel Core Solo T1350 Processor @ 1.86GHz, 667MHz FSB, 2MB L2 Cache

Intel 945GM Express Chipset

Intel 945GM Express On Board Graphics

1GB DDR2 533MHz RAM

120GB SATA Hard Disk

CD/DVD Dual Layer RW Drive

SD/MMC Card Reader

Intergrated Bluetooth

Integrated 10/100 Ethernet

Integrated 3945ABG (802.11 ABG) Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi)

FireWire Port

VGA & S Video Out

14.1" Widescreen TFT Display

HP Quick Lauch Keys

Touch Pad

Integrated Dial Up Modem

I am currently using Windows Vista Home Premium. I wanted to install Mac OS X Leopard without removing Vista ( I want dual boot). But I dont want such type of dual but in which we need to run Windows first then Mac from Windows. I want two totally isolated OS from which one can be selected while booting up. Also that Mac should be free (cracked) and must support all of hardware of my notebook. Please help.

This seems to be a very old post so, I guess it's not going to help anyone much. But, I do have the same laptop and I am running OS X 10.5.5 on it. Works great. Never thought of dual-booting a Mac + Windows as I never needed Windows very much. I am a Linux user.

I have the same laptop.I installed 10.5.3 wireless didn't work.So i updated to 10.5.6 but i had problem with wireless not detacted and my mouse pad n keyboard did not function.could you where did u find the wireless driver or other drivers.

My onboard wireless didn't work but, I have a PRONET PN-54USB wireless usb adaptor which worked great out of the box.

About the keyboard and mouse problem, which installer did you use to install OS X? I am on iDeneb v1.3 OS X 10.5.5. I don't remember exactly but, I think I chose to install Intel chipset patch or package by selecting custom installation.

I am still on OS X 10.5.5 as I am typing this post.

Thanks,

Manish
