Just copy all of the efi bootloader files to a thumbdrive, boot into the osx installer and install the the efi bootloader like you normally would with the terminal in the installer. Really simple actually. Just go to the install forums and there will be instructions on how to install the efi bootloader, just apply that to the terminal in the installer.

Probably, but you'd need to install a 3rd party bootloader such as acronis or GRUB.

--> the windows bootloader will over write the old one, and make sure that it don't format your other partition.

I've installed Kelway OSx 10.5.2. I now wish to install Vista on a second partition. Would I setup GRUB before or after the Vista install?

Any help much appreciated.

I use Acronis Os Selector to do the booting things after everything is in place. Before that I just use Acronis boot CD to active the partition I going to install something in it, and hide the partitions that I don't want anything to be write(altered) or be known during the Win installation. (Don't need to hide the one that OsX in, Windows can't understand the format anyway.) I was install Mac first and Windows and Ubuntu. Currently I changed it, but here is my previous setting before I fool arround with my systems. Hope this could help if you still haven't find the solution yet.

PS. If you install your Mac on the first partition, and don't wanna use darwin to boot others. Just Active the one you like in Acronis boot CD, and you'll be fine.
