Any body have a Diagram too of the fans on the pc motherboard

Trying to figure out all the wiring first here is some pics of the power wire of the front panel and fans

Here is the Front Panel Wire


Power And Led Button Wire From Two angles. Three Wires



Alot Of fans, Trying to Use all of them


Connector of one of them any ideas people, Habit of bitting nails nasty huh? And Front View Of it

The Fan With the speaker also can I make this one have the apple chime when I start it up huh again any ideas lol more angles too

The central two pins are -ve and the two outer ones are +5v & +12v respectively (just like a normal molex). The fan seems to run smoother if the 12 & 5 are a particular way round. This works for the 90 mm processor fans and the CD area and graphics card fans. You will want to put a zalman fanmate on the 12 v to reduce the fan speed after testing.

OK,

Basically, you have 4 wires that connect the fan. If you start with the 80 mm fan that cools the pci compartment, and look at the 4 pin connector, the outside wire of the Apple fan on one side needs to connect to the yellow 12 v from a molex connector and the other outside wire connects to the red 5 v. The two central fan wires connect the 2 central black (-ve) wires from your molex connector. Try this on this fan first. The processor fans connect in the same way.

Thanks Now I get it fits into the processor connection so is this the only fan I can connect. What fans did you get or Use

No not into the processor connection, that would duff your motherboard. You will have to cut the plug off the fan and solder or fix to a molex from the power supply. I got the fans to work this way that cool the processor and the pci bay.

Aqua-mac: Haha, so nice that you did not see my original-fans wiring inside Anyway, it is still loud even when I run them on 7V or 5V... I think I will switch them for the "classic" ones

Yup, you got it! For some reason it does not work on the rear fans, never worked those out.

The two 92 mm fans that are fixed to the back of the case. I fiddled with these for some time, but they would not fire up! All the others work though.

Oh by the way, you do not want that bit of solder shorting between the 12v and 5v (in your picture) for the way we are connecting here so leave that off and you will be fine. I did not notice it in the picture before.

You just use a molex connector watch go from right to left the 12v(red) connects to the first wire, the two grounds(the 2 middle cable), and the 5v (yellow) connects to the last one. You can make them quieter by spliting the 5v on one molex and the 12v's on one molex.
