I followed those 2 topics

http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/315118-intel-hd-5500-bios-lock-dvmt-kernel-panic-at-sierra-gm/

Made everything and I keep getting this Kernel Panic!

Hi, and welcome to InsanelyMac  :)

FYI we don't give support for Tonymac tools:

Tip for your issue: This IGPlatform value, is for Mobiles, maybe you need find a value for Desktops. In IvyBridge CPUs we have these differences, don't know if in the lines above remains the same.

You have a desktop with a laptop CPU. Your ig-platform-id is correct. Try this patch too:

Kext name: com.apple.driver.AppleIntelBDWGraphicsFramebuffer

Find: 00002002 00005001

Replace: 00003001 00009000

MatchOS: 10.12.x

Please note that it's a better idea to change the DVMT pre-allocated memory to 96MB istead of patching the framebuffer.
