let me just show you a list of programs that I have tried and found to be utterly crap:

Windows Live 2012
Outlook Express 6
Thunderbird
Opera
Pegasus
Mullberry
Foxmail
DreamMail
eM mail
Zimbra Desktop
IncrediMail
Claws Mail

I really don't want to pay $114 for Outlook, but by god, that seems to be the only decent mail client out there. Any suggestions?

I am sorry - I forgot to also state free in my requirements. If I'm going to pay for an email client for windows, its gonna be Outlook.

So MailForge is out...

I use Google Chrome to check my mail. It's convenient and don't need to install unnecessary program.
