2.8 turn off the computer, wait 10 seconds and turn on the computer - to get the correct load on the system - there will be sound, video acceleration, network. then check that all devices are functioning properly, pay special attention to the work of lower-PCI-slot and USB port

2.9 with DSDT AutoPatcher GUI (Google to help) create dsdt.aml file in the root of the boot disk and put this point to him in Bootloader BIOS - reboot the computer, check the correctness of the operation.

Thanks a bunch for this. I followed, installed the aitkos lion 10.7.2 and after that I deleted the SleepEnabler.kext and installed the 10.7.5 update direct from the mac software updater, worked like a charm.

I have tried updating from 10.7.2 to 10.7.5 sleepenabler deleting and restoring permissions and not working to me. Just get to start it with-F. I get an error unsupported kernel Fintek chip in the log. I tested with 10.7.3 applesmc.kext for me but neither works. I'll reinstall and see what happens.

Thanks

I had an fintek 718x generating logs, I removed the plugin from the package(as the package comes with 4 or 5, not all boards have them) and resent the kext with a kext tool. being using 10.7.5 for a while now, all good...

good Luck!

This post is tagged with "P5GC". I am using that board. Any chance to get some patched DSDT.AML for it or would the P5GC-MX one work as well? I also checked the Autopatcher (http://www.insanelym...t-auto-patcher/) which obviously also does not have P5GC (without MX) in the compatibility list. :-/

CU,
Mészi.

I was contemplating selling off this motherboard, but decided to do some quick research to see what Hackintosh progress had been made.  I'm glad that I did!  If you are interested in a custom DSDT for this board.  I have not tested it -- like I said, I just decided to do some research today.  If you'd like to look through the post and try it out, you can have a look here:

I've solved deleting dsdt file, repairing disk permissions osx disk installer (iATKOS L2) and booting with the flags -v - x -f.

Thanks anyway
