Once I boot up multi-user mode, but I cannot change all settings of OSX system.
And it works very slow. (This may be come from the owner of all file, all files of
the system is root, I suppose.)
Then I try to install all the steps in one time.

Format USB memory by GUID partitioning and HFS+
Install Leopard into USB memory by Intel Mac
Intel Mac reboot from USB memory
update system to 10.5.7
Intel Mac reboot from USB memory
Install kexts (below)
Install chameleon 1.0.11
Overwrite "Boot" file by ryuu123's Boot
Run DiskUtility to make all permissions normal.
Add com.apple.Boot.plist some words. (cpus=1, -v -f, Timeout)
Shutdown Intel Mac
Put USB memory into VAIO P
Boot from USB memory
-Installed kexts
--via kext helper (all of them at one time)

ApplePS2Controller(for ANSI key order)

dsmos
INtelCPUPMDisabler
SMBIOSEnabler
UUID
VoodooBattery

--overwrite inside plugin kexts by hand

Stop bootup before initializing USB.

This may be happen because of the order of the installing kexts.
So I would appliciate if someone could tell me better order to install kexts.
