domino
So the first patch was really an update and not the whole Safari.app. So if you deleted the orig, the update did not contain some files and the icon it represents. 10.4.6 was announced a few weeks ago. Still no seeds and any detailed info on it. But yes, I guess 10.4.5 is a "really buggy and broken" version and I guess the BT improvment means we can use it a quarter mile away? xiberia
yeah, this is a new 10.4.6 build though, an "almost ready" build. Which means the official release isn't far off. As for bluetooth, well.... maybe they're building in bluetooth controls so you can vnc to your mac from your smartphone. or so your mac can remotely open your curtains. or something
Ai Haibara
Well... I've installed this Security Update and then I applied the maxxuss' patch for the first Security Update. 10.4.5 boots and logins fine but, sadly, all applications won't work. Safari, Disk Utility, Mail, iTunes.. all crash. Does anyone how to fix it? Sherry Haibara
jrrjrr
If you are using an AMD cpu (or have the AMD kernel and AMD patched files anyway), you probably need to re-run the Maxxuss AMD patch stuff to re-patch some of the updated files.
skyliner34
Yup, I had to run the decrpyted and AMD_Enabler patches.
