When the official release of osx86 is made available we can expect a bunch of driver support and hopefully much more universal binaries, but is there a serioius threat of Apple preventing osx86 from being used on any machine?  Is it possible that they are working with intel to make a processor that it will only make available to mac?  If not will it take more or less work patching than we have to do now to get the final release to work?

1. Why would apple release drivers for hardware they have nothing to do with? So don't expect it.
2. Expcet the actuall release of OSX86 to have a better TMP integration  than simply the Rosetta Stone application. Aka harder, or at least longer to crack

It's really important to pay attention.  It says right up there "a bunch of driver support".  This could mean video cards maybe? Right?  Does apple have any affiliations with ATI or Nvidia?

Well, they obviously have some affiliations.

I mean, your (PPC) Mac's graphics do not run on S8, XGI, Matrox or the like...  
They have their own drivers, firmware on the cards...
I think, Apple will have the same cards as the PCs in their hardware.
However, that is not necessarily today's hardware...

Yesterday I read something about Apple possibly dropping BIOS in favor of EFI.
I am not sure if today's graphics cards are going to boot/work with OS X/x86 and its drivers...

Expect it to be MUCH more work to crack the final release. It might even be impossible, short of a complete rewrite of major parts of the OS. The protection of the current Dev Kit version is just a quick and dirty hack to prevent your average noob from install it on any PC. Apple would be absolutely stupid if they made it *that* easy with the final release (which you can go out and buy everywhere).

The likelihood of intel making a custom processor for apple is so small because of the size of intel. Intel can EASILY survive without apple's buisness. The last thing Intel wants to do is put its engineers to work in adding a special bit into each processor identifying it.

I think that Apple will create an OpenFirmware + or somthing wich can be equal.

Apple isn't using OpenFirmware, but some say they'll use EFI instead, which is basically the next-generation BIOS, but completely incompatible.
