With those new 14"and 16" MacBook Pro models, only the M1-based 13" models remain; the Intel MacBook Pro are officially abandoned from today. For the time being, Intel-based iMac, Mini and Pro models remain unchanged on catalogue. So it's a fairly slow transition: 1st the MacBook Air in fall 2020, 2nd the MacBookPro in fall 2021; I think we can expect the Mini and iMac to follow by summer 2022 and Mac Pro by fall 2022.

Arstechnica reports the worst shipment delays since the 2013 MacBook Pros. This may be related to supply chain issues, and, in this context, it could "just" be that Apple prefers having delays on MacBook Pros, then delays on iMacs, and then delays on Mac minis rather than launching everything at once and having HUGE delays on everything.
