I have a g4 sawtooth powermac...

I was wondering if anyone has moded one of these to make it a hackintosh. Idk if its been done.... i have been planning on just buying a standard pc case when i make my hackintosh...

The things i was thinking about:

What kind of micro atx boards work with hackintoshes?

What kind of power supplies work with this tower?

Is it possible to overclock, or is the case going to have heat issues?

what kind of cooling is needed?

i'm new to modding so i don't know much about this :P

Here are some ideas i had, i thought i'd copy most of the ideas other people have tried, i was thinking that i'd cut holes into the bottem of the case instead of the top for my fans, and thought i'd put another fan were the speaker holes are in the front.

all in all i'd like to keep the price below 80 dollars for the entire case, if this isn't possible i might just sell the case and buy one off newegg...

elf,

I think it is (I'd have to ask Aqua) but here's a link for a case specific build. Very informative and a great guy to boot.

He's running a Yikes! so the cases should be very similar! Good luck!
