Okay, so after jumping through a lot of hoops, I got Kalway installed and upgraded to 10.5.2 and everything I needed was working, including restarts. But, I had this problem where apps would randomly not quit, and I had to restart.

So I reinstall kalway, using the SAME disc I used before, except this time, my OS X doesn't reboot as normal. I can't think of anything I did differently.

Does anyone know what would cause this? Where does one typically look when the computer hangs on a reboot (shutdown works fine half the time, the other half it hangs).

I tried deleting my bootcache and it didn't help. The computer is running the same though as it did before, except it doesn't reboot, and it's driving me crazy.

I am having the same issue. Whats wierd is I reinstalled because my USB devices were not acting like true plug and play + my XP wasn't installed yet. I reinstalled Kalyway 10.5.2. This time USB worked great however now I can't reboot. It goes to a blank screen and just sits there. I can shutdown.

I was thinking of reinstalling again. Maybe 3rd time is a charm. Any assistance would be extremely appreciated.
