There does seem to be a performance gain as regular Geekbench scores approx. 3600 while Geekbench (64-bit) scores appprox. 4100 on my Hack. The main improvement seems to be in the interger score (3900 for 64-bit vs. 2990 for 32-bit). I'm sure someone has a more definitaive answer but I hope this helps.
