Just wondering if anyone has been able to get Lightscribe working. I have a Compaq Presario SR5310F which runs Leopard almost perfectly right out of the box, but I can't figure out how to burn Lightscribe labels.

I found some Lacie software that says it's the only Lightscribe labeling software for the Mac, but when I try to burn stuff it asks me to upgrade to a Lightscribe drive, which I already have.

Here are the specs on my machine:

is there some way to do Lightscribe on my Hackintosh that I haven't figured out yet?

I'm not sure about 10.5 but under 10.3 and 10.4 I had to download software from Lacie as well as from Lightscribe. I also had to download a program called PatchBurn so iTunes would recognize it the actual player. I just installed 10.5 so I haven't tried Lightscribe yet. Here is a list of the files I installed for tiger, some of them might have been updated since I downloaded them:

LightScribe Installer 1.2.dmg

lightscribe_1.10.27.1.pkg.tar

lightscribeApplications_1.10.19.1.pkg.tar

PatchBurn4.0.5.zip
