yonyz
Hi, I have a kernel panic after restarting my computer. Before restarting my PC, I have installed a native (unmodified) driver for my audio card, and it asked me to restart after the installation, but after the restart, I keep getting the endless kernel panic error. What can I do to solve it? Is there any way to enter Leopard (something like a "safe mode") so I can delete the driver and check the kernel panic log? B.T.W.- I didn't install EFI, yet, cause I get some errors, so I'm with the iATKOS v1.0ir2 kernel, whatever it's name is.. Forceman
Try -v -s at the boot loader screen. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/96670-kernel-panic-i-know-the-cause/#findComment-690335 Share on other sites
yonyz
I've tried both with "-v" and "-v -s", but it won't load. It stops scrolling after the diagnostic results, and it stays at the same position forever, but here are the diagnostics results: That's the best shot I could have get, and I've tried a few. Hope it helps. Thanks for your help. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/96670-kernel-panic-i-know-the-cause/#findComment-690355 Share on other sites
yonyz
So many Kernel Panic threads, but no one known how to solve mine, which I said it's cause? I installed my audio card driver (Julia Audio), and you can that in the screenshot above.
