S.SubZero
I have a few IT certifications, and I'm always looking for new ones that I can add to my resume. I was checking out Apple's certification site, and I saw the ACSP, Apple Certified Support Professional. It's their base level cert. I tried the 'sample' questions on their site and got them all right, just based on my Hack knowledge. For anyone who's taken the test, is there any good study guide? Do I really need one? I never really considered OS X to be particularly difficult, but I haven't gotten too far beneath the surface. sarahbau
It's hard to say whether you need a study guide or not because I don't really know how much you know. It has also been several years since I last renewed my Apple certifications, so the content has probably changed somewhat. If you are fairly confident in your ability to troubleshoot problems, and know how to set stuff up, then you might not need to study at all. However, for all of the certification exams I took, there are always obscure questions that you might not know how to answer unless you studied for them.
