machead5678 Posted March 24, 2008 Share Posted March 24, 2008 Hello InsanelyMac viewers. I am running a ASUS P5VD2-MX/P5V-VM DH Motherboard with an ATI AT1986A Built-In sound. The driver I am currently running is a SoundMAX Intergrated Digital HD Audio driver (on windows) Any ways to get this working? It has no input or output devices detected. Thanks, machead. First of all. To be sure what hardware you have run Everest.. you get free edition on there homepage. you will get exact commercial name of your soundcard codec. I will try again getting a new AppleAzaliaAudio.kext and replacing AppleAC97Audio.kext with AppleAzaliaAudio.kext. If anyone has AppleAC97Audio.kext that would work with the link that OsXsO posted please let me know. Would AppleAzaliaAudio.kext be on a Mac OS X Tiger install disk? Thanks, Machead.
