I have a GIGABYTE N650-SLI motherboard with a E4500 2.2 GHz Core 2 duo processor and 2gb of ram, and I tried to install Leo4All on an IDE HDD from both a SATA and IDE drive. I kept getting stuck on the screen with a bunch of text, but it wasnt saying "waiting for root device" Can someone help?

LMFAO I was gonna tkae a pic but then it started to work. LOL

But the installer won't work with my 100gb HDD (Seagate, IDE), but it can read my Vista HDD (500GB SATA WD) and my 20gb (IDE, WD)

I am installing on my 20gb one right now, but why cant it read my 100gb????

Sorry, I'm old school. The cable connecting from your Motherboard to your IDE drive, make sure only the Primary connector is connected to one IDE drive, and the drive is set to CS. That's how I got my Leo4All to be installed. Any other way and it said waiting for root device.

When I still had my desktop, the same thing would happen to me unless i put both my DVD drive and the hard drive I wanted to install on to both in the same IDE/ribbon cable and one the primary IDE slot. I then set the HDD as master and the DVDRW as slave on the jumpers.

However, I realize this may not be possible as you may be using a SATA DVDRW/HDD
