When my computer boots up to leopard, it flashes "EFI Enhanced Bootloader" then proceeds to boot Leopard.

Does this mean I can do legit upgrades from Apple without worry?

System Specs:

IBM ThinkCentre M52 / 8113-DCU

Intel Pentium 4 "630" Prescott 3GHz, HT and 64-bit (I have tested the 64-bit part, and loading Chess shows as 64-bit in Activity Monitor)

512MB RAM (Trying to buy more, in a financial issue)

Intel GMA 950 Graphics (Can't do Leopard Graphics Upgrade sadly)

Creative Xmod USB (Officially supported by Apples USB audio driver)

Intel 945G Chipset

Gigabit Ethernet from Intel

Does that pass?

It means EFI is installed yes, so you can take advantage of GUID, gfx-strings etc. but since you don't have a C2D processor, you won't be able to use the stock kernel that comes with Apple updates. So no, if you take the kernel into account you can't install updates from Software Update but hey, thats not a problem, because even though my system supports vanilla kernels I still use a patched one because it has better compatibility.
