Just take the 512x512 png to IconComposer (make sure you have the Developer tools installed) and copy it into the 512x512 slot and it will ask if you want to use it for smaller sizes, check that, and click ok, and it will resize and proportion it out for the smaller sizes so it won't look pixelly.
