reruns Posted March 1, 2008 Share Posted March 1, 2008 Hi , when I installed leopard and it was booting I heard clicking from machine I can't notice if it is the hard drive clicking down or the cpu or something else anyone else notice or get this? ~pcwiz Posted March 1, 2008 Share Posted March 1, 2008 Was the DVD still in the drive? DVD drives making noises similar to clicking. The CPU doesn't click, so thats not a possibility. Could be the hard drive but if it is clicking that is a very bad sign. Does this happen in other OSes other than Leopard?
