RTA
So I've never used a phone that needs a SIM before, I've been on Sprint since I started with cell phones, but now I'm looking to drop Sprint and pick up AT&T and an iPhone. The only thing giving me hesitation is this- I need tethering. I would be perfectly ok with tethering my iPhone and using EDGE, no matter how slow it might be, but I hear this is spotty when it's even possible. So I'm wondering, can I purchase an iPhone and one of AT&Ts USB broadband dongles, and just switch the SIMs out between them? Adrian Fogge
Technically, it is possible. However, doing so is against your terms of use. If they find out, you can be fined for the cost of the data sent to your computer at their standard data rate.
